Native to the Cao Bang province of Vietnam. When backlit or in sunshine, this species looks bright red and yellow instead of dark and lime green due to its bullae. Recently discovered and named for its black (melano) bullae (bullata). Lets you know when it is thirsty by wilting and bounces back to shape when watered. Growth pattern:
