Constructed of red cotton cloth, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 8. 5 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 19 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h), demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue throughout, in very fine condition.
