Original U.S. Vietnam War Gentex SPH-4 with Ramshorn Dual Visor Helicopter Helmet German Field Equipment recently excavated from a siteOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 made by Gentex. This is an early version and features rare Rams Horn dual visors (one tint and one clear). The helmet is in overall very good condition with the liner, headset, visor, and both tinted and clear visors. The front of the helmet has a white base but has been covered up with red and yellow reflective tape with a reflective white tape star in the
